LIJIN carbon fiber tubing is made of Toray 100% high-quality carbon fiber fabric and cured in high temp with the properties of lightweight, high bending stiffness and axial strength, as well as high hoop strength (resisting crushing by side loads).

All of our roll wrapped conical/tapered carbon fibre tubes are available in multiple diameters, finish, weave as below:

• Finish: High Glossy/Matte/Semi-matte

The tapered carbon fiber tubes from LIJIN is manufactured using the roll wrapped and high-temp molding process with the high strength Toray carbon fiber fabric and epoxy resin matrix, which is concial with one end diameter is larger than the other side. When laying up the layers of fiber and roll wrapping the carbon tubes, the fiber orientation is 0/90°, that will make the carbon tubes high bending stiffness and axial strength, as well as high hoop strength (resisting crushing by side loads). After laminating, the tapered carbon fiber tube will be the desired size and then coated. We also offer the cutting and CNC machining service, if you have any special requirements, please provide your drawing.
